£150m transfer wishlist

JOSE MOURINHO has reportedly targeted seven players for his Manchester United revolution. By Colin Harvey / Published 27th May 2016 The Portuguese was announced as the new Red Devils boss earlier today and it looks like he is wasting no time in his recruitment drive. Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has tweeted to list the seven players on the former Chelsea boss' wishlist. Zlatan Ibrahimovic heads the field and would be a perfect solution to United's lack of goals. But he could be joined by Juventus striker Alvaro Morata who is expected to fetch £40m this summer. Valencia midfielder Andre Gomes also features and would inject some pace into United's ponderous midfield. RELATED VIDEOS Mourinho is said to be concerned about the heart of United's defence and has targeted four potential central defenders. Roma's Kostas Manolas, Real Madrid's Raphael Varane, John Stones of Everton and Zenit's Ezequiel Garay are all candidates for a summer switch. Mourinho is likely to be backed in the market and it thought to have been handed a £150m transfer war chest.
